Goodnight hostel is on the second floor on a side street that is in the city center and is also very close to the water. Additionally, it is just a 3 minute walk from both the metro and the tram/bus stops. So location is perfect. The rooms and common areas are very clean, trendy, and the couches/bean bag chairs rock. There is free wifi and breakfast – the most amazing pancakes ever. They have bread and corn flakes available all day for free as well as juices and one euro cokes and beers – not a bad deal, eh? The staff was fantastic. My friends and I did not plan a single thing before going to lisbon and they gave us some great suggestions of both things to do, great bakeries, restaurants, and even bars – One of the staff members would even take us out bar hopping to show us the town. Fun nights. Got to love Lisbon Now to the rooms. The rooms are quite clean and the hostel bed may have been more comfortable then my bed at home. I really had a pleasant nights sleep everyday I was there – spent 4 nights. The bathrooms were pretty good – the rooms do not come with towels, but you can rent a towel for your whole stay for 1 euro – not to bad and the bathrooms are not the BEST, but they are clean and perfectly fine to use. Goodnight hostel was a great experience for me – I met some great people there, its kid friendly too even but also great for college kids like me, the staff rocks, and the pancakes are delicious and did I mention the free wifi. For 20 euros a night for a private room per person or less than 15ish i think for a dorm, it is quite the place to stay and its also very safe. I left my computer, ipad and extra cash in the room and was confident nothing would happen to any of it. If you come to lisbon stay here. You won’t regret it
