Bangkok is a wicked city, but it is also very intense, crowded, hot, toxic and very very smoggy. Most of the hostels in Bangkok are located right in the heart of the city on Koshan road, right in the thick of the madness. Koshan road is full of tourists and tacty merchandise. A day in bangkok is excredibly exhausting, it’s a city that never stops.
What I loved about Cozy Hostel is that it’s 15 minutes on a Tuk Tuk from Koshan Road. It’s situated just outside China town – it’s a perfect little Oasis away from all the madness of this crazy city, but close enough so that you can still aborb some of it. It is surrounded by Thai locals and authetic street food. It’s owned by a couple who are very helpful and friendly, the place is spotless and even has a water fountain! It’s quiet and peaceful – it’s simply the perfect place to relax and reflect on your crazy days in Bangkok.
