STF Youth Hostel af Chapman/Skeppsholmen - Stockholm
This hostel is located on the island Skeppsholman and is within walking distance to the Stockholm city center. The af Chapman is a recently restored sailing ship which is one of city’s famous landmarks and overlooks Stockholm’s Old Town (Gamla Stan) and the Royal Palace.

November 17th, 2008 at 12:44 amThis hostel is out of the ordinary because it is an anchored ship.
But when the novelty wears off, its pretty ordinary as far as facilities go, theres no bar, and the shower facilites are not the best.
When I came back from the showers someone stole my socks and my cap which had been on my bed. So beware theives (or cleaners). But I suppose this goes for any hostel.
